"I asked for my tires to be put on the rear, as my car is a REAR WHEEL DRIVE and they were put on the front, then tried to convince me that my car was a front wheel drive!! ALL CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTORS ARE REAR WHEEL DRIVES!!!! They didn't even put the better tires from the front onto the rear!! Now I have to go back and have them find my own front tires and have them put on the rear. Not happy with the lack of knowledge and forethought of whoever did the work. Plus I was told to come in on Saturday for the tires they removed,THEY'RE NOT OPENED ON SATURDAY!!"
"My front right blinker went out on me and I went to Heritage with a new bulb in hand because I wasn't sure how to fix it on my own and I don't have the right tools. I didn't have an appointment- normally I would make one, but this is my only vehicle capable of winter driving and I need it to get to work in the morning so I couldn't leave it overnight. The owner/manager was incredibly kind and was willing to stop what he was doing to come out and change the bulb for me on the spot. I am so, so appreciative that he was willing to help me on such short notice! I have also had a couple of previous repairs done by this shop and they always do a great job and treat their customers well. Highly recommend!"
