"My tire had a leek at work, and a coworker helped me pump up my tire so I could get to Les Schwab. To have it repaired came in without an appointment, and the staff were very helpful and got my tire fix in a timely manner. I appreciate the wonderful service. Thank you !"

"I bought new tires here last summer. I qualified for a rebate that was in the form of a prepaid Mastercard for $125. When I went online to collect it I was unable to get it put through. I came in and Glenn spent nearly an hour online and calling people in the company to get the card sent out to me. I would prefer to get a regular check made out to me for a rebate because the card was difficult to use and I had no way of knowing what the balance was other than counting up what had gone through. I want the company to know Glenn went out of his way to make it right. Thank you Glenn."
