"This is hands down, the best McDonald's to exist. The food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. The service is excellent. The manager and crew are doing a phenomenal job, they all deserve raises, and this place should be a McDonald's training center. Well done!"

"how many of you were told it was a problem with the system instead of owning up to the problem in the first place. My daughter ordered a couple of things and waited 20 min. for her order. And in the meantime people walk in place orders and leave with their orders while she is still waiting. After waiting 20min. she went to ask about her order. She then was told the order just came in. What ever happened to owning up for your mistakes instead of putting blame on somebody or something else. on top of it she was never offered anything in return for the glitch in the system"

"My drive through window worker was named Lucas and it was the worst service I have ever had at McDonald’s. He was so rude when ordering food and then we asked him for extra barbecue sauce when ordering and he never gave us extra and when asking for a little bit more since we ordered it, he was so rude and said I will only give you one and then threw it in the car. Lucas is not a good fit for the McDonald’s crew and it would be a much better environment without Lucas apart it. Next time I come to McDonald’s and see Lucas I am leaving immediately that is how much I do not like him."

"Super folks working here!! They're genuinely caring & pleasant-refreshing change for my typical fast food experiences! For example, I was headed in to use their restroom, one of their (possibly management?) staff, who'd been delivering food to a customer waiting in parking lot, noticed me trying to open the entrance door whilst silently cursing my heavy purse, she jogged over to the doors she totally went out of her way to open the door for me! Sounds like a very kind simple gesture-it is, yet to me it means so much more, as I struggle with debilitating osteoarthritis & neuropathy, which is exacerbated by their cold weather. Anyways, I am always impressed by this particular McDonalds, not only is it located in one of the busiest up-and-coming areas of Coeur d'Alene, the place is always extremely clean, the quality of their food continues be great, and the staff, with their above and beyond dedication to old fashioned customer service is the icing on the cake for me. Welcoming atmosphere, very good food served hot, and much appreciation for the kind & genuinely caring employees here!!"
