"Chicken Cesar salad. If you look at other reviews, this looks different. The chicken was in bite-sized pieces instead of strips. And there was a boat load of parm on top. I like parm, so this wasn’t a bad thing to me. But the chicken…. It was tender enough. Nice size pieces. But it was very sweet. So sweet I almost couldn’t eat more than 5-6 pieces. I’m not sure what seasoning was on it, but it was distinctly sweet. The bread on the side was very stale. As someone who has broken a tooth before, I am very cautious about eating hard things. This bread was toasted, but it was a thorough staleness that made it hard. I could barely bite through it. The croutons were good, but those are just pre-made croutons we all know and love. The dressing was good. No complaints there. The serving was large! With the amount of chicken, this would serve me two meals. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get myself to eat the leftovers due to the chicken sweetness. A lemon wedge would do this salad some good. I do think that this item maybe had some re-working and is in process of being better. I hope. Because an objective mouth would find this chicken very sweet. Maybe the bread was old and there wasn’t time to slice new? I went at 11am on a Friday. It wasn’t overly busy, and I got my food in about 10minutes. I can’t say I would go back soon, but that’s because I like to hop around to different places. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back, but would likely try a sandwich. I can sense some potential here. And I am hoping this feedback is taken well, as I am only trying to provide information, and not slander."

"I always love coming to Rustic. The girls and owner are always so friendly and welcoming! My go-to is the avocado toast with a balsamic glaze that is to die for. Recently I tried the chili and that was great too. It is a large serving so I was able to make it into 2 meals. I will definitely keep frequenting this establishment!"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! So disappointing. Entered this establishment at 10:45am for just 2 slices of pizza. One cheese and one pepperoni. There were only 2 families in front of us so there’s no way it should have taken 45 minutes. After waiting, waiting and more waiting, I went up to ask how much longer. The old lady tells me the computer went down so my order was never submitted. “Human error” she kept saying. And no one could come over and tell me that as soon as they found out!! So I got a refund and decided to wait by the pick up area. The same old lady kept telling me to go sit down, they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. Go sit down! Go sit down. Why do you want me to sit down so bad? So no one will notice how long I’ve been waiting?? Then this same old lady, mind you, I haven’t even said one word to her. Just waiting for my order, and she says loud enough making sure the WHOLE restaurant hears, “I already refunded your money! I don’t mind giving it to you for FREE!” Then shakes her head and rolls her eyes as she makes sure everyone else heard her. Lady! No one needs to know my business!! Finally….. we get out 2 slices and this is the way the lady hands it to me. On a paper plate with foil on top!!! No lie you guys!! I had to take a picture because I was in such shock. We left the pizza right there where she put them Rustic is in downtown CDA with lots and lots of competition around. Better step it up Rustic."

"Food was tasty. Staff was warm and welcoming. I was impressed with my friends house side salad it had more veggies then I've seen for a side salad! My kid loved the chicken strips and fries and they were not over cooked or greasy! Inside was clean and atmosphere was awesome! I Will Def go back!"

"Have been twice now, and the bagel sandwiches for breakfast are great! The bagel itself is super fluffy and flavorful, the bacon is really good, and they even give you an over easy egg. Highly recommend"
