"Ordered from Uber, asked the driver to have them make sure my order was FRESH, and hot, so it would still be hot when it got to me. They then told my driver that “they were fresh when we packaged them and we packaged them not to long ago” so I was like great thank you to my Uber driver and when she dropped them she dropped my food off, and when I brought it in, (bag still sealed) my drink looked like it had been drank out of, my straw was broken, and fries were old and cold, and the chicken nuggets were also stale. The cheeseburger patty was nasty and old. The staff there, are EXTREMELY rude and under qualified even for a fast food restaurant. Just sad. Thanks for the cold food McDonald’s all because your too fat and lazy to make fresh fries for PAYING customers. Would have went in, but my dog is sick, and I can’t go anywhere. This ain’t even the Uber drivers fault that my food was cold. Just the under qualified workers at McDonald’s."

"McDonald's. Mickey D's. The Good Ole golden arches. Everyone knows and loves McDonald's, the fries, the nugs, a nice lil cone, I'm a personal fan of the smoothies yum yum yum. But what is often disputed about the fast food icon is the customer service. Sometimes I experience terrible terrible things at McDonald's. One time I can recall a manager yelling at a worker for not cleaning tables properly whilst I was devouring a crispy chicken sandwich meal(my personal favorite). That in the moment was nearly traumatizing for a guy like me. Other times I experience 10/10 service making me feel like a special boy. Today was an anomaly. I go to pick up nuggets for my hot smoke show of a girlfriend and i find myself in a long line of folks looking to satisfy the craving of salt fries. The bad service starts at the ordering station in the drive thru. I was greeted with a voice that gives off the feeling of pain, sadness, and hatred. I finish my order and I get a: " pull up to the window" in such previous tone which almost made me want to end it all right there in the moment. Why am I here? To experience bad service? To be treated like I'm the cause of this pain? Maybe I am... Once at the window it's more of the same, a vibe was given that made me regret coming I felt like such a burden. I receive the nuggets for my girlfriend and move onto the next window. Where woah hold on a minute. I was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm that was unmatched. Maybe it's not so bad after all. I was handed my food with a prompt yet not so rushed delivery. And she asked me: "is there anything else we can do for you today?" Let me repeat that again "is there anything else we can do for you today?" Wow those hit home. Never have I been treated so kindly. Yet just seconds before this interaction I was in the mindset I was gonna write a bad review but this lady single handedly saved this establishment from a 1 star. Overall a 3 star is a accurate review in my opinion and I'm hoping my details kf my experiences can help you guys in your choices of where to eat. Thanks for reading."

"Very clean and nice interior. Was nice to finally dine in at a McDonald's. Everything was good except my wife's crispy chicken sandwich. Old filet and terribly small tomatoes. They were quick to fix with a sandwich that was hot fresh and fantastic"
