"I've ordered coffee from Blissful well over 20 times through GrubHub and I've always been very satisfied with how great the coffee is. However, after today, I won't do business here again. There isn't an option to add a splash of cream to an americano on their app, so I simply add a note asking to please add it due to not having said option. I get a message from GH stating that Blissful literally charged me extra $ for the cream... In an americano.... I didn't ask for "extra cream." If that were the case, I would understand the upcharge, but I just asked for a regular amount that anyone would ask for in their drink. I tried to call the shop on Trent to discuss this matter, however, it went straight to a full voicemail twice. The cost of the upcharge itself isn't the issue.... it's the overall idea that it's ok to price gouge in such a tight economy to a loyal customer. Won't be back."
