"I tried to schedule a maintenance service and emailed them with a couple questions regarding whether I could take my vehicle to the local Dave Smith location or if I needed to take it to CdA. They didn't respond to the email but called and left a message. I tried calling them back multiple times over three days, no answer except for when I called the main service center line and had a girl answer and I explained my situation and questions to her she sounded put out and the best answer she gave was that it depends on what maintenance I needed. I stated I wasn't sure and that I was responding to the maintenance service reminder email I received from them. I was transferred and again sent to voicemail. I won't be using their service center."
