"They charge $100 just to tell you what's wrong with your car. But they didn't tell us that it was going to cost us to get an estimate, just surprised us when we picked up the car with a "that'll be $100 dollars for something that's normally free"."
"Friendly knowledgeable staff, been going to them for many years and will continue for years to come."
"Trash customer service and they lie about pricing and services. They messed up the lug nuts on my wife's car and tried to blame us for it and then they overcharged to put new ones on. Do not use this shop. Go to fast Eddy's or les swabs"
"Took my car in to see if my but he was not available V axle was installed correctly, I was told it was but it was damaged. I let them know to put the damaged axle in my car, come to find out Jim's Auto charged me $380 to change a brand new part that had no damage. I would give them 0 stars ☹️ In response to Jim's Auto's comment below I absolutely called to discuss the issue. When I called the person that answered identified themselves as the owner of Jim's Auto. I explained that after driving my car I realize the original vibration and howling noise was still present. I took my car to a neutral mechanic and was told the CV- Axle that Jim's Auto replaced was not damaged in anyway that would compromise it's integrity. furthermore in their opinion the issue was not the CV-Axle it was a wheel bearing causing the vibration and howling noise. The response I received for the owner was they were not willing to resolve the issue in anyway."
