"We had an appointment for 2pm today, we arrived and checked in. Our vehicle didn’t start getting worked on until 3:30, at 5:24 after sitting there for 15 minutes in a parking spot we finally got to ask someone if it was ready and we were told no, it needed the alignment… it goes back in. We just left at 5:56pm. 4 hours to get new tires…. We have always gone to Les Schwab and were excited when one opened up so close to us, but not sure we’ll be back. Just looked at my receipt and I also show up on the corner as someone else. So not sure who got charged with what."

Got a new battery and tires rotated within 30 minutes!! Awesome service and they didn’t charge me for the trip to my house for jump! Will always recommend LL Les Schwab!"
