"Had an oil change here. Left with a flat tire. Tried calling while stranded down the road to inform management of the issue and got an immediate defensive response not wanting to take accountability. But that the employee "H" would review video footage bc they do have a trainee on staff who worked on the vehicle...Got a spare on went in to show them and he said he wasn't going to do anything about it bc we probably hit a curb after leaving. There would be scuff marks on the wheel if that was the case. The fact is that we came in for an oil change and left with a broken tire. Don't use this place. They are not a reliable place of business. Not a professional establishment nor do they have employees that genuinely care about your vehicle. 0 stars across the board!"

"They were the only place that had good winter tires in stock late in the season after a flat caused a poorly timed replacement. I made the mistake of also trying to get them mounted here. From front desk to mechanics they were very nice, but after showing up early for an appointment we sat for 3.5 hours looking at a car that wasn't being touched. Had a handful of nice conversations with other customers who were sitting around for 2 to 3 hours for oil changes. Then, after we start asking what's going on they finally admit they can't get our valve stems undone. I cringe to think how long they would have left us sitting there had we not started asking. I told them nevermind, so now I get to find another tire shop that can do the tire swap with another potential 2 to 3 week delay with weather coming. They did try to offer a free oil change for our time but I'm not bringing my car anywhere near here."

"The people at the auto center on are nice and and the batteries are really good and inexpensive. But if you need to have your oil changed this is not a good place. I tried to have my oil changed there three times. Each time I left because the wait was just too long."
