"Been going to this location nearest my house, in a good neighborhood but always met with late orders, excuses why it's well over order window for pickup times every time, and the chaotic or severely understaffed location. They even raised prices, have new management and its still the same poorly run Little Caesars its been for years. It's depressing that they find this acceptable at all."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. On the last visit, I should have learned my lesson, waited 25 minutes for a basic 'hot n ready.' This time, in my attempt to avoid the wait with an angry child, I ordered through the app and scheduled pickup for 3:15. We did not receive our order until after 3:40. The 2 workers there moved like ground sloths and did not care at all. What an embarrassment of an establishment. I will never go here again."

"I love Little Caesars as a chain, they’re what you expect for cheap pizza. However, this location fails to meet even the lowest of standards. I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza only to receive my order 20 minutes late, cold and on regular crust. I promptly call the number listed for issues and “the best they can do is a 15% refund”. This was far from a proper solution and I will not be ordering from this location due to their inability to correctly prepare simple orders nor resolve guest problems."

"If you’re looking for the worst service place to eat, this is the place to go. They will ignore you, they will look down at you, they don’t care about anything you say, and will roll their eyes at you just for being there. I’ve added a picture of what you get for “extramostbestest Italian sausage pizza”, doesn’t look anything like the online pictures. I haven’t been to this location in a few years and still hasn’t changed. All employees don’t want to be there and should be fired or quit."

"I have ordered from here a number of times. While staff has always been pleasant, the quality of the food has been consistently bad. On one occasion, the pizza I ordered was missing a couple toppings, which I wasn't too bothered by, but the last few times, including today, the deep dish pizza was severely undercooked. To combat this, I purposefully ordered it to be cooked to well done, only to still have it be raw in the center under the sauce. At this point, it would be unreasonable to justify the recurring poor quality as a coincidence. I wouldn't recommend spending money here unless they make some improvements."
