"I have ordered flowers for delivery before and have had good service, but recently I went to buy some flowers for my mom to bring to her and even though the sign said it was open and the hours on Google said it would open at 9:00, there was no one there at 9:30 and the door was locked. Very disappointing considering there was nowhere else to buy flowers on short notice. Edit: Due to a technical issue with open hours listed on Google, where in fact they did not open at 9:00 as the site stated, I am reinstating the 2 stars.
