"Awful everytime I come. I gave it another shot but no. The blond girl with a twisted ponytail said the sauce was in the bag and it wasn't. Just disappointed that I got lied too. I know so many people in the fast food industry and the main thing they check is sauces and napkins. It's not hard but I guess it is for some"

To The Point:

"I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in ages, but couldn't find anything else without an hour wait, so.. Took a chance on a McDouble (dressed as a Big Mac), medium fry and a drink,. Burger was dry, likely kept in a warmer, bun was almost burnt, and the Mac sauce was slapped on top of the Ketchup (yuck).. Too many pickles (6), and no onion or lettuce despite the up charging for the sauce. Fries were all shorties, like the bottom of the bag, and definitely older than freshly made. Besides being overpriced (more than the Big Mac meal), and forced to listen to the overly loud Christmas music, and having a hyperactive manager mopping the floor, running food out to the drive thru (obviously slow service) and running the front end by herself, despite multiple employees doing little or nothing.. Maybe she should spend more time training them on how to serve fresh food? This will be my last time going to McDonald's - ever."

"Took 20 min to get to order it was 10:33 when I got to order and the told me they couldn't do sausage because breakfast was over. I told her I waited 20 min. The least she could do was give me my sausage. Nope!! Then it took NO LIE 12 MIN to get my food. WOW they need NEW MANAGERS."

"I ordered our meal through door dash. We had no problems with the dasher and none of the bags were opened or tampered with. But when I pulled out my daughters milk, I noticed it was leaking. I opened the lid and it had no silver seal like they normally do. This is pretty worrisome as it means it was probably messed with at the store. The only reason I’m still giving higher stars is because I have visited this location multiple times and haven’t had problems before, but this is just unsafe."
