"I went in and waited at the register to place my order for a long time. No one was paying attention to the front. There were other people standing around waiting for their orders. I finally ordered and waited 17 minutes for my food. How can there be that many employees and such slow service. Chatter! The employees were having a good time. I heard several curse words, what they were currently watching on Netflix, Ect. I was highly irritable by the time I got my order."

"Great McDonalds! Been going here for 3 years using curbside mainly. Every once in a while they forget an item if they are especially busy (to be expected) but you just have to check your bag. Fast service usually under 5 min. I have them leave off the bun for dietary reasons and they don’t ever mess that up."

"Would give a zero if I could. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and were asked to pull forward. We get asked to pull forward a lot and EVERY TIME we do pull forward they mess up our order. One time they pulled us forward for cookies and had us waiting twenty minutes because they completely forgot about us. Today there was absolutely no one in line, so my boyfriend told the kid at the window that we would just wait. The kid was polite and said okay, but then the manager came to the window and insisted that we pull forward or he “wasn’t going to give us our food.” At this point, we had already paid. My boyfriend was very polite throughout the whole ordeal, and the fact that we were denied service after already paying blew my mind. I would understand if there had been a long line, but it was literally just us."

"Y'all literally need to get new people and management, I'm tired of CONSTANTLY being pulled forward when there is absolutely no one behind us so they can cheat on their times!!! I have also been forgotten about four times and they had to re make our food because of pulling us forward and forgetting to make our food!! DO BETTER McDonald's seriously!! I know it's not hard to work there at all I worked for Strafford McDonald's for two years Marshfield is HORRIBLE. GET NEW MANAGEMENT WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF CARING ABOUT THEIR TIMES!!"

"The employee cleaning the floors was very friendly and sweet. We ordered table service in the app and I had to go find my food after my name was called across the restaurant. I went to get it and an employee was carrying it around on the opposite side of the restaurant trying to find my table. Not sure what went wrong here. The numbers are on the table and if says on the table to order this way to have food brought to you. The restaurant was not busy at the time."
