The billing office.......NOT so much......2 stars. However many people are in that billing office need to remember that THEY do their job everyday and understand all the crazy things in the insurance world. Not everyone understands how things work, why they are billed the way the are and those folks might ask a lot more questions just trying to understand. Please don't talk down to the people asking a few extra questions just trying to understand. If you don't have the time to answer their questions, offer to call them back when you do, and maybe when you're in a better mood. Don't raise your voice and place the blame on someone else for not explaining something, things get confusing for folks who don't do what you do everyday. One should remind themselves daily that if they don't like their job they need to find something else."

"I had Dr Kneidel preform surgery on my foot that fixed my bunion and flat foot. 12 weeks later, and my swelling has subsided and I am walking normally. My physical therapist released me after two appointments and told me he was keeping my Doctors info to recommend him to everyone, because he had never seen anyone recover from this major a surgery as fast as me .
