Reviews
"Customer service in the pharmacy drive-through was not friendly. It didn't seem like they cared to help you or not. When asked a question, he said I don't know," then said thank you and walked away."
"Their pharmacy is never timely and constantly rude. A single prescription can take upwards of 20 minutes to get because of their incompetence"
"An exception to bad CVS's I have used in past. I recently had to go there because needed late night prescription and open 24 hrs. I usually hate CVS. Locations by me were rude, slow, made bad mistakes. They are understaffed and underpaid by CVS, so you get what you pay for with bad employees or burned out good ones. These guys were stars in Pharmacy! Especially hispanic guy who went out of his way to answer questions and young lady working window. They said they had already filled over 1,000 scripts and yet were friendly, nice, faster than expected..less than hr."
"They don't even deserve one star. I was told that CVS was in network for my insurance. When I took my first prescription, I asked them to confirm that they were in network, they told me yes. When I had to pay full price for my RX, they said it was probably because I had a $500 deductible. Once I learned that CVS was not in network, I called the Pharmacy manager who said I was paying for everything on a cash basis, and that their employees are trained and it was basically my fault. Will not shop here ever again!"
"The manager was kind, the woman that checked me out when clearance wasn't ringing up right at self checkout was very kind and patient. But the gentleman that helped me in the beginning was not. I shop at CVS all the time so I know how the coupons work and what they're good on. The coupon did not come off on my purchase and he said well you have to insert it in the coupon slot first, I said I've never held that happen before but I listened because he works there and I don't. When it still didn't work even when I hit total, He kept telling me my coupon wouldn't work for my purchase. When I asked for the coupon back out so we could look at the exclusions he said he couldn't help me with that and I have to wait 45 minutes for a manager. He was obviously getting very flustered and there were other people in line for the actual check out he said I don't have time to help you multiple times. But I told him for some of us a dollar off is a decent amount of money, he agreed and said you know what pulled into his pocket and grabbed out a dollar. He said just take it. I said sir I'm not going to take your dollar. Now everyone is staring at us in the store cuz he's getting louder and I kept telling him Sir I'm not going to take your money. He kept telling me it's not worth waiting Just take the dollar. He then repeatedly told me, at least twice, and I quote 'to shut up and take the money' I kept repeating no sir I'm not going to. I said just cancel the transaction and I'll wait or come back for the manager. Mind you this man was definitely old enough to be my father. He knew way better than to talk to a customer like that, shut up and take it? That's not customer service. I overheard him talking to other people saying or retail isn't what it used to be. No it's not because we have 60-year-old something man telling 20-year-old something woman 'to shut up and take the money because i don't have time to help' This is your job to help. Less than 2 minutes from walking away from the self checkout a manager approached me and asked if she could help. She was able to help and was kind and agreed Yes the coupon should have worked and sure enough it did at the checkout. I understand computers do not work as they should But that doesn't mean employees should say they don't have time to help you or to shut up and take their money. I understand places are short staffed, but the manager just came out of nowhere and so did another employee. It seems like this employee might need more training and might do better not working at the checkout. I've worked retail and customer service based jobs for years I understand the struggle but this.. this was not ok."
