"Kathi was very thorough and even gave us homework which is what my wife and I appreciated however she did not recommend a follow up so we was confused on the homework/exercise with no follow up instead she told us to work on our individual selves and continue our individual therapy. We reached out for help but we felt extremely judged and abandoned. I was extremely triggered. I’ve never had the experience of a therapist not wanting to continue therapy without a valid point. I have been doing individual therapy all my life on and off and so has my wife so to be told that was a slap in the face. Most therapist appreciate the fact of us doing both. My individual therapist thought was amazing. I would like to suggest if your clients are not a good fit where you may feel you can’t help to consider doing consultations."

"She triggered me more than treated me, was 45 minutes late and when I inquired she told me the previous client needed her. She still charged me a full hour which I refused to pay as all I had was 5 minutes. She sent it to claims and it brought down my credit score. She also made me watch many videos on how emotions are stored in the body. I am a reiki master and massage therapist. By the end of it I was educating her. She had no business in treating me or her position. No one should be treated for trauma in a fluorescently lit room… If you know anything about the nervous system, that is a huge trigger."
