"Went into for our golden doodle to be groomed with one single request is that she not be shaven. The groomer was also informed we are first time doodle owners. Length cards were shown but not explained. One was chosen but there was no insight to how short it was look on a previously fluffy dog. She was brought out after service being paid for. She was not only shaven but shaven poorly perpendicular to the grain of her hair leaving clear paths of the clippers. When called to inquire about the lack of explaination the groomer was incredibly rude from the start. After pleading her case to the manager for an extended length of time the manager reports 3 length cards were shown which was not true, only two were shown. The longer of the two was chosen. When inquired about why there was no explanation they only consolation was that she was clipped at the chosen length even though it would look shaven disregarding our single request. Their only attempt at service recovery was to offer another cut to even the cut out. Which in turn would leave my dog with even less hair. Would have been a little less dissatisfied if ownership of lack of communication was offered. Poor customer service. Poor grooming education and guidance."

"Our Penny just loves going to daycare here! She has a great time with her friends and I can tell the staff really love dogs! Penny also gets groomed monthly here and everyone always does a great job. She has no problem going straight back with the groomer! She has also started tolerating being bathed and brushed at home better which is amazing! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby. I’m so happy we have somewhere we know she is safe."
