"We have been thrilled that neurologist James Collins is back in Springfield! He was our orginal neurologist and the one who found my daughter’s rare genetic condition. When he moved we chose to see a different neurologist and wow what a nightmare that was. Dr Collins is so kind and is willing to try different things to see what truly works best to control my daughter’s seizures. He takes time to actually talk things through and we never feel rushed or unheard. He’s even helped me in the struggle to get her IEP changed for better supports. Really grateful for him!"

"I gave 3 stars because Dr McCurdy is awesome but dont ask for ANYTHING outside of a doctor purview. Everything said and done is for their easy, then they gaslight you when you state their refusal to help."

"Total incompetence from the front desk, sorely lacking communication, organization, and knowledge of their services, to the flat out lies that the so called "DO" reported in his office notes regarding the appointment, I assume to compensate for his inability to help or understand something he is supposed to specialize in. I could go on, but I hate to waste anymore time or energy on this unfortunate experience. It appears I have to give at least 1 star to post this review, but I truly give zilch."

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, from the staff that welcomes you to the nurses and the physicians. Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. The physicians are amazing and very informative. 2 of my kids go here and we have 4 physicians we see they all are so amazing I am so thankful for them."

"I literally rave about Katherine Hefner to every one I meet! The BEST endocrinologist ever! My teen is transgender and we were worried about finding a doctor to help with her medical needs. Katherine was a god-send! Shes super kind, explains everything directly to my teen and speaks in a way that makes everyone comfortable. Being in her office makes me feel like I never left home. She fights for her patients care too. During the pandemic we were struggling to find the shots that my daughter desperately needs for her transition. Dr. Katherine and her team did not rest until we found a pharmacy that had the injection in stock. Both her and Zachary are two of our favorite people but everyone in that office is awesome!"
