Reviews
"Nice, well-kept park well off the beaten path with a playground and picnic area. The trails are well maintained and the scenery is nice."
"Another Springfield-Greene County Parks gem. Beautiful rolling hills with groomed gravel and some paved (Greenway Trail) paths. There are restrooms, playground equipment, benches, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a small lake, a pavillion, and even a sand volleyball court and archery range. The bridge over the small spillway is a favorite spot. Suitable for all ages, although non-motorized wheelchairs may be hampered by the moderate grades. Dogs are allowed on a leash."
"I appreciate the care on the Walnut trees here. The Walnu trees here are awesome. So, are the Oak, but the Walnuts are numerous and large. The city is super generous with maintaining the extra wide grass trails. We didn't get any ticks or chiggers here. We did bother worrying either. The play equipment, for the children is nice. Our kids liked the playground. We definitely need to frequent this park to enjoy more of it."
"We love this park! It's rarely busy. The waterfall and bridges are cool to look at. My boys love the cannon and playground. The trails are dirt and gravel but very well maintained. Great place to get out in nature and explore!"
