"I was there to do a lil bank fishing and was very disappointed by all the trash people are leaving behind in the water and on the bank. Beer bottles, plastic bags, wrappers, etc.. DID NOT FISH.. SPENT A LIL TIME PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLES TRASH INSTEAD. There are many trash containers. Trashy People need to be held accountable for littering."

"Canoeing & kayaking with friends. Put in at Moose Creek Boat Ramp. Plenty of parking. The put in is gravel or rock (neither is kind to a canoe, but either is okay for a kayak). Attractions: There are a lot of birds in the cove sheltering that boat ramp and an eagle's nest in one of the trees jutting out of v the water. The cove is designated "no wake," so it's a good float for paddlers. The cove is large enough to get a couple of miles in paddling."
"A place to go to enjoy nature and its beauty"
"Beautiful and nice area to get out and explore. My only complaint is that some people are rude by leaving their garbage and glass bottles behind when their are trash receptacles everywhere here. My husband and I pick up trash that's not ours almost everytime we visit. I'd give Longview Lake 5 stars if more visitors would clean up after themselves."
