"You're better off somewhere else! There are better options nearby! 1. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub and were told upon arrival both were closed and would be for months. What a disappointment. We went down to look just in case and it looked like it was under a total renivation. Most hotels will put a disclaimer on their website with expected cloures due to renovation with dates but that wasn't the first thing that surprised me with everything else we experienced during our stay. 2. There is a $5 a day parking fee that wasn't mentioned at booking so beware. 3. We booked 2 rooms conjoined together (traveling as a family) and upon returning after a day out in the city, the keys weren't working for one room. So part of our group was moved to a different room. 3. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were subpar. There was visble dirt and dust in all of the corners and carpets weren't clean. The tub and bathroom floor had hair on them. The balconies for both rooms were the only plus to these rooms and even then one was much smaller compared to the other room. 4. The beds were atrocious. Absolutely wrecked our backs and woke up stiff and achey. 5. The TV had numerous channels without sound the TVs are all outdated. There also was a microwave in one room but not in the other one? Not sure how that makes sense. 6. The breakfast is not included and we skipped all together because we weren't paying X amount of dollars for a breakfast from a mediocre hotel. 7. The hallways reeked of weed and were very hot which made the smell worse."

"Called to make sure hot tub was open. We were told 8am-10pm. We specifically chose this location for the hot tub as the other Location doesn’t have one. This one is out of order and you can’t even get to the pool or hot tub. Why lie to propel to create unhappy customers. Won’t be staying with this hotel brand again. Do not appreciate lying staff to book a reservation. Absolutely ridiculous."

"The place sucks! They keep your deposit for whatever reason they want to make up! Smoking in the room when we don't smoke. The guy at night there at Tiffany springs location is a complete tool! He has no people skills and is always sleeping at the desk. Had to wake him several times. And he smells like weed. It's a joke."

"No complaints. Positive review. Two night stay. Clean and quiet. Quick shuttle service with Guillermo. Nice cozy fire in the lobby area. Next door to a Cracker Barrel which was a fun ambiance. Amanda, at the front desk, would fulfill any request of mine without hesitation. Would stay again."

"I liked my stay, but they were a little slow with service when you needed something. The snack bar there is a bit expensive, for a 12oz. single can of beer is $8.50 and charging people different prices for the same thing. It's not okay."
