"The park is beautiful and quiet. Great for fishing or a picnic, but there are no restrooms, not even a portable one"

"Nice lawn area with a few picnic tables and a nice pond that is stained water. No playground, trails or outhouses. Not much to attract folks as fishing is marginal and there are nicer parks nearby. Update. Fishing is better than I first thought. There are a few nice sized fish, but most are smallish. Decent numbers."

"This is a excellent place to go fishing. You can catch a wide range of fish here. I've seen crappie I've seen catfish I've seen bluegill even bass. There are several benches and tables for a picnic as well. I seen many birds and deer as well. There is fun for the whole family."

"Stopped at park for an after bike ride "cool down." The picnic tables were nicely in the shade and the heron along the shore was picturesque!"

"This park is really nice and very quiet. It is not as "done up" as many of the parks in the metro area but hits the spot if you want to put a line in the water and maybe have a picnic. Im Fishing is pretty good as I caught some bluegill and a channel cat and was just fooling around."
