"The staff needs some training. I have been with them for years now. I asked for a name change on shot records and they crossed out the old name, added the legal name, and put in parenthesis my child was adopted. Why not just redo the records as I requested and was told was completed. Laziness. I could have done this on my copies, and saved an hour of driving. You have to go in for any changes and even the easiest. Most times I can't understand the person answering the phone. I could not get them to resolve my boys medication so had to go to another doctor on two occasions because could not get the correct doctoring, then come back to them after it was corrected. I just have not had a satisfying adventure with this office. The "Office Staff" (outside the doc) really needs business training and needs to learn good business practices. They need to remember they are providing services for payment, so no reason to half-a$% do things and show some interest. Every time I call they are quick to get off the phone, and don't show interest in the conversation or issue as if my call was bothersome to them. My suggestion is find somewhere other then this facility if you want to have compassion and good care."

"2nd generation of family now seeing Dr Teresa Brady. She’s very good at remembering the important details, very helpful, and the kids trust her. Her staff is also very helpful and accommodating even when the place is busy. Soon my youngest will be too old to see her. Maybe my kids will continue the tradition as well. Overall, great place to take your young ones. Not perfect, no place is but decent and quick and always able to get you seen even with a short notice."

"We have had to see Dr. Brady several times when our Dr, was not available. Each & every time, my kids were not given any medications & they progressively got worse. We have ALWAYS had to make a repeat visit to another Dr. Waste of time & money. Took my son in on 9/11/17 with sinus pressure, sore throat, & coughing. He has a full blown sinus infection & horrible asthma He was diagnosed with a virus & sent on his way. We now have to go somewhere else to seek treatment. A previous time my daughter had strept & had to go back 2 days later to see her normal Dr. because she wasn't given meds to help. I've tried this Dr several times to no avail. Done. A walk in clinic is a better choice when our normal Dr isn't available. Sorry to leave a bad review but our experience has been as such"
