"My 9 year old son had a crown on a baby molar that was causing him terrible pain and I scheduled an appointment to see about getting it pulled. When I went in they advised that he needed 6 teeth pulled under sedation and gave a referral. The dentist said they didn't want him having anxiety about going to the dentist (I have read that other people had issues pertaining to this anxiety problem and him not seeing their kids because of it). They also prescribed the worst tasting antibiotic ever, but that's besides the point. The referral wasn't available for a consultation for over a month, so went to comfort dental where they pulled it that day. I got a second opinion from a different dentist and they actually worked up a treatment plan, which is what normally happens when you go for an exam. He needed only 1 tooth pulled, a cap on another, and a few fillings and sealants, and this would be done with nitrous, not put to sleep. The next week I took my teen daughters in for cleaning and exam and unfortunately the hygienist wasn't friendly at all. She was quick and seemed to do a half *** job with the cleaning, and once again the dentist barely looked at their teeth. I wanted them to do full mouth X-rays or pano since my daughters were considering braces and we needed referrals to an ortho specialist, but they apparently didn't even check with insurance for eligibility and said they weren't planning on doing them unless the dentist wanted to. We've all been to different dentists in the past and they take their time and are more gentle and very thorough. This place isn't worth it. There's no privacy and it's like cattle being herded through so that they can collect the check. I've worked for a few dental offices before as well, so I understand time is money, but we won't be back. We're not the ideal perfect teeth kind of family. So why take my kids to a place that can't even help us with our general dentistry needs? And like others said, when you need to reschedule your appointment they're quick to fire you as a patient... it goes back to them missing out on money."

"I just spoke with Natalia to help me set up my son as a new patient-WOW. She was incredibly helpful, super nice, double checked my insurance, was super thorough, updated me on some changes of my dental insurance.. a lot of times when you call medical facilities as a new patient the receptionist can be short, tell you to check your own insurance, call back, etc... Natalia was great. I'm super excited to bring my son here, as the phone conversation was super welcoming, friendly, and helpful."

"I do not recommend this dentist for anyone that has kids with anxiety or any dental issues. Our first appointment was great and the dentist explained some stuff that I didn’t understand prior to going. However he did push for us to use a particular toothpaste and mouthwash. He had my sons filling appointments scheduled out a month. When we went back for the fillings he didn’t like the fact my son’s anxiety escalated when he started to work on his teeth and the dentist flipped out. He yelled at my son and myself and said he can’t help us and told us to reschedule. They rescheduled our appointment then called me an hour later and told me the dentist will never work on my sons teeth and we are to not come back. I do not recommend this dentist at all! I would never want anyone else children to be traumatized like my son."
