"When I sought care for my chronic back pain I expected polite and professional care. My initial appointment with "Dr" Moore he was extremely short with me and seemed to rush. He did not listen clearly or properly record my issues. He just prescribed me drugs for pain and PT without really assessing my condition. After PT caused me further pain I saw him again and he gave me more drugs. Then a MRI was given to me without contrast (that's another story) which didn't identify a cause of my pain. He then set me up with pain management which was to be injections in my back, more drugs. He never suggested or set me up with a specialist to look deeper into my issues he just gave me drugs and excuses. I wanted a hippocratic oath abiding doctor of decent moral character not a DRUG DEALER. "Dr." Moore failed me and as a military vet I expected better with having paid my hard earned money for care. I'll be getting a 2nd opinion needless to say from an actual Dr and not a DRUG DEALING QUACK."

"No bedside manner, I need too understand what is a passing grade at umkc for medical students?! Did not listen to me, did not follow thru with medical records request, just was in a hurry to google and go! I am not satisfied with this doctor and how did he slip thru the medical cracks?!"

"I came seen by Dr or mainly nurse. Had bloodwork done, made next appointment. A little before time for next appointment called from Dr office. THEY need to change my appointment to accommodate the Dr. First choice, my birthday, not happening. Next day ok. I drive from Topeka to Overland Park and am told my appoint was 40 minutes earlier. They would try to work me in. Then called back to desk, they can't see me. First available appointment is well over a week away in the middle of the afternoon. Ok I take it. Said to my friend if Dr was late too bad. Snooty better than me receptionist says NO, Dr is always on time. What a crock. They changed my appointment time as well as day. They failed to mention time change. I went home and checked to make sure. This is not the kind of service I nor anyone else deserves."

"My family has been seeing this doctor for the past five years, and couldn't be happier. My sons love his bedside manner, and I love his competence and attention to detail. He comes into the patient room with knowledge of the patient's history and is very good about following up with past issues. We have followed this doctor from his practice in Olathe to Leawood and plan to continue following him as long as he is on the Kansas City area."
