"It is interesting that you stated I didn't have the documentation. How is that possible for you to have ascertained this info? Do you have fortune telling abilities as well as your accounting talents? Because that would be something! You agreed to services and never followed up with your promise or even made contact to tell me you wouldn't be providing them leaving me stranded. And I made you aware I was going to search for access as well as might have the hardcopy. As well, I called to discuss with you later in the day why the agreed upon documents weren't forwarded and never came and to inform of what I had recovered but was hung up on without explination and never contacted back at all. You are unprofessional, childish and your guarantee is only as good as your actions which were nothing."

"Very happy with her services! Highly recommend her! She has been doing taxes for years working for companies that mark taxes up and take advantage of ppl. I called her on a Sunday afternoon after leaving H&R Block bc when we got to the paying portion of the tax session the nice lady said “it’ll be $480.00”, I looked at her like are you kidding me?!...she knew their prices were outrageous and said I had the option of not filing with them. I said I’m sorry I wasted your time but that’s a number I cannot afford and pleasantly left. I needed my taxes file that day though and started scouring the net frantic that it wasn’t going to happen. I took a chance and happy I did, she literally had my taxes filed that night and for less than $100.!!!! I have already received my refund and wanted to make a point to be the first to give her a much deserved review. I’ll be a long term client for yrs to come!
