"Standard BK, which is good. We ordered to go, but was served on a tray, so we ate in. The manager was so intent on getting our cashier to go help someone else do their job, he must forgot the to go part and she put our food on the tray."

One day they had three people in there working one of them being the manager and they way overwhelmed but they handled it like pros! "A friend and I were in Springfield and decided to stop at Burger King on Battlefield and we were both very happy with our Whoppers and fries. They were hot and actually had flavor. I was impressed that the fries stayed hot the whole time we were eating. That never happens. Just saying. It was worth the wait in the drive thru line."
"I don't go here very often but every time I do, it's never hot when u receive my chicken sandwich. Tonight I asked if it could be fresh out of the fryer. They said, no problem. Waited for quite awhile and then my fries were hot and fresh but not the sandwich. I feel like maybe that was done on purpose. I shouldn't have to ask for my food to be hot. Do better Burger King!"
