"My experience with Dr. Bala has been nothing short of a nightmare. Do not trust Mercy Ratings they pick and choose which ratings they want to show. Not only has no one called me back to go over my test results from 5/11 after multiple messages on my portal, to the office and messages left to the nursing manager with promises of someone will call me back. No one has ever called me back. The doctor even cut my off multiple times in my appointment and cut it short to go to lunch. Even one of my results came back when I asked the nurse if the doctor was going to return to go over the results was when I found out the doctor had left for lunch which explained why my appointment was rushed. The doctor didn’t even care to listen to me or give me answers. So don’t go here if you want answers and just want to be charged."
