"This review is rocketing from 1* to 5*. Everyone finally got on same page. I achieved an appt and everyone was kind. My Dr is wonderful, a personality with knowledge in one package. THANK YOU ---------ORIGINAL BELOW - - - - This place is horrible, but I don't think it has anything to do with healthcare. It's Administration. It took months to get call backs to schedule. Finally, got scheduled. The appt date arrived and I had to cancel due to norovirus. This was the point where I talked to a very accommodating new patient referral clerk who moved a patient into my appt and moved me to the open spot. Come today, I arrive for new appt after driving 40 miles. "Sir, your appt has been cancelled." Anyway, we went back and forth and I left in a huff. Cancer just doesn't seem so bad today. God's had me for 13 years since stage 3. Most of those by self monitoring."
