"I have a rare cancer ~Neuroendocrine. If caught early, very treatable. Unfortunately, it’s not a well-known cancer; yet, more research, and diagnosis of individuals, is occurring. Dr. Lobins, Denise Moore (NP), the nurses, phlebotomists, and front desk staff have been crucial in my continued care. Not only has he been “spot on” in current research and treatment, he has encouraged me through my journey of being accepted by the National Cancer Institute to have surgery. One hopes to never lose health care if it’s decided to seek specialists. A teamwork approach is what you pray and hope. I’ve been given an opportunity to have a “reset” with the removal of my pancreatic tumor, spleen, lymph nodes, and liver tumors. I’ll return to Dr. Lobins in December to follow up and continue care as the cancer mets to the bones cannot be eradicated. One area surgeon and Dr has never contacted me since sharing of my blessing in being accepted! This surgeon helped to save my own Dad’s life with a Whipple procedure years ago! Egos are essential, in my opinion, when you’re given the highest responsibility to save the lives of humans. For some, this can get in the way of developing relationships with patients. Not with Dr. Lobins. He shoots straight. He has empathy. He cares. He’s honest, kind, and professional. Without him, I wouldn’t be doing as well as I am right now. I can’t say enough good about he and his team. I can’t wait to see them again, share of my miracle, and know that I’ll have continued care throughout the rest of my cancer journey. This cancer never goes “away”. And I pray I have many years left receiving care from him."

"Dr Lobins made both of my grandmothers at ease while going thru treatment with him. He takes the time to even make family laugh a little. And sang happy birthday to each of us, even tho me and gramps were not patients. Couldn't have asked for a better provider. Thank-you Dr Lobins for being incredible"

"When my Dad was alive and suffering from cancer, we were told the doctor would set up stuff for us to use at home for him (such as IV fluids). However, Dr. Lobins never provided such an order. Us as a family had to continuously call for a week in order to get in contact with anyone that could help. My recommendation if you use Dr. Lobins is to make sure he has stuff like this set up before leaving the hospital. God forbid I ever get cancer, but if I do, I sure won’t be using this guy."
