"My husband found this community center while looking around for summer camp for our 6yr old. Now he's 13 so this will be his last year. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and awesome with the kids. They take the kids to a lot of field trips: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, worlds of fun the Royals stadium, the Chiefs stadium. This facility also provides lunch daily to the kids so no packing lunches. We are going to miss coming here. Check them out!"

"This community center is such a boon to the neighborhood! Great facility next to a beautiful park. Always clean, with helpful and friendly staff. They have a small gym, a computer lab, an indoor basketball court, and meeting space. It's not a huge community center but it's perfect for Volker. This is also where I vote and it's always so easy and convenient."
"I come here every once in a while when I want to play basketball on an indoor court. Good place to play. There is usually enough people to get a pick up game going, but isn't too crowded. Only complaint is the court isn't big enough to have 3 point lines drawn on it, so make sure to agree on point values and out of bound lines before playing."
