"This is my 1st year using them, worse ever would not recommend them! I have called numberous times trying to get my issues resolved and they cannot help me they say. They still have not sent my state taxes off and I went early and filed and all my coworkers already have their state taxes back and I went 2 weeks ahead of them!! I will never use them again!!!!!!! Horrible customer service basically told me to oh well it's not a bug deal!!! I need my documents to send to the irs it is kinda a bug deal and I cannot access my documents at all. Mind you I only can to them to get a advance and they charged me $750 to file and only approved me for $500 advance but made me file before I could get the amount of my advance, or I wouldn't have used them at all!"
