"I normally file myself through turbo tax however this year I had questions about the new foster parent affidavit so I figured it was best to go to a tax professional. No questions were answered about the affidavit and I was told I didn’t qualify for any dependent credits because my foster child was 18 and when I mentioned to the tax lady that wasn’t true she said “well I mean I can google it for you”. I was shocked a tax professional would use that verbiage however I did end up pulling the guidelines on the IRS website and clarifying that I did qualify. She continues to state that I was incorrect and that she could “try again”. I went to H&R Block and they confirmed that what I was being told here at this Jackson Hewitt location was incorrect. If I trusted this lady I would’ve only gotten $700 back and missed out on thousands. Also at the reception desk there was someone’s filled out paperwork with their SSN and other personal information right there for anyone to view. Shocking they wouldn’t have at least put the paper upside down or in a desk somewhere."

Linda at the front desk was able to work me in and Nat did a fantastic job with my taxes! He got me more money than what I had anticipated and did it all in about 15 minutes!!
