"It was not due to Kym as she was fantastic and a pleasure to have her work with us. we just were shocked at the cost of having the taxes done. My Mom's is what really shocked us for just simple taxes, we were told it would be around $45.00 to $75.00 then when went to pick hers up and took stuff in to have ours finished, hers ended up to be $ 138.00 Ours was a shocker as well! I figured a couple hundred but ended up to be 533.00. I don't understand that how personal was $250.00 alone. So this is the reason we will be going elsewhere."
