"After moving to Huntsville from Rogers, we decided to do our personal/professional business in the Huntsville area. We had our 2019 tax returns done by The Killingsworth Firm. What a terrible mistake. If anyone can mess things up for you, they can. Our address was incorrect and luckily, a nice gentleman Bentonville, found my name online and contacted me to say he had received mail for us. The poor man called 3 times. We drove to Bentonville, 3 times to pick up our Federal Return, State Return and stimulus money. We provided auto-deposit info, but The Killingsworth Firm put our bank account info into another person's tax info, so we are receiving her tax returns in our bank account still and it's January 2021. DO NOT EVERY HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE AT THIS FIRM. This is still an ongoing nightmare that they have put into our laps to resolve."
