"I was traveling out of the country when the garage door was fixed. My house sitter was present and the repair person asked for a number to send the receipt via text (yes I gave specific instructions to the house sitter incase they had any questions). I never received the receipt and was charged 30% more than the other local competitors. The service was done on a Sunday and I was told there was not emergency charge because they have normal working hours on Sundays. I needed a single garage door spring replaced. The tech did a great job but when I called the company to get a copy of the receipt they still haven’t sent it to me and it’s been 4 days. I’ve called everyday and they state “there is a ticket in to send the receipt”. The person rushes me to get off the phone each time I call to get a copy of the receipt. If I don’t get an explanation for why the charge is 30% higher than local competitors or the receipt I will be submitting them to the BBB. The customer services was great at scheduling and getting the work done but based on the post work experience I wouldn’t recommend this company since they are also 30% more than local garage door repair companies. I believe the work is contracted out since my charge was to a company in Delaware instead of MO and not under the same company name. Also the address isn’t real on the website! It’s a different companies address! BEWARE! Update: still haven’t received my receipt for the work that was done, been told I would be called back by a manager, and would have my receipt within a certain timeframe. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
