"Great prices! I could of ordered oem glass for $65 and done it myself or Phone Geeks done it for $60 with oem glass. Super happy with the results. Reason for 4 stars and not 5. They had to order my glass and was told it would take 4-5 days but it took 13. I was told that repair would take an hour but it took 3hrs."

"If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a 900 phone from them. Until mine got fixed my phone was there 3 months and did not do anything to it. Still charged a 30 fee. Then to top it off they lose my case. I've done a lot of business with phone geeks and will never come back."

Not only have they always been helpful in fixing issues, but the times that he has gone to them for help only to find out that he hadn’t turned the device on they were kind, helped him sort it out, and never billed him for the assistance. "went in because my charger kept falling out of my phone. Instead of putting a new port in they insisted on a cleaning. Then they assured me that if that didn't fix the problem they would put the cost of the cleaning towards a new charging port. After the cleaning my charging port was good as new. I was super pleased with the knowledge and great customer service. Highly recommend!"
