"After booking an appointment for an inspection online, I was told it would be about an hour for the inspection. I had someone pick me up and returned 2 hours later and my truck had not moved. The front desk guy was hanging outside casually chatting with another employee and nonchalantly told me they hadn’t gotten to it yet. An apology wasn’t even offered, he just said his inspection guy was behind. Even though I told him what time I would return to pick up, he never called to tell me they were behind. Unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend getting inspections, or any work for that matter, done elsewhere."
"Had a walk in appointment at the Tire Choice off Richardson road in Arnold Missouri and talked to Gary Daniel and told him I need a mid price highway tire and pointed me to the Kelly Edge Touring. And they were the lowest price around. Asked Gary when could he have it done and he said an hour. He called an hour later and told me that they tested the alignment on my tires for free and said I was due for one. Told him to go ahead and said 20 minutes. So for 4 new tires and an alignment it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes. And they did a fine job."
"HORRIBLE customer service. Had an appointment set up for 4 tires installed. The tires were purchased through Tire Buyer, which is a company they regularly work with. All installation fees were confirmed to be covered through the purchase, yet somehow was not communicated. I was told I would have to pay $160 for installation, which is pretty ridiculous for tires that were paid for and delivered to their shop. After confirming this on the phone with the company, while I waited at the counter, the service manager proceeded to have an attitude about the issue with me instead of the company that arranged this. I told him I only needed the tires mounted and balanced, no check out of the vehicle was needed. He then told me I would be waiting about 2 1/2 hours, even with the appointment already set up. Any tire shop with decent employees can get this done within an hour. Never coming to this place for any service whatsoever in the future. You can find better service at just about any other tire shop."
"Please stay away from these people. Each experience I've had was unpleasant from unprofessional workers and them potentially trying to scam me out of $600+. I needed new or fairly used tires and an alignment, now I know cars and theirs repairs can be expensive, but come on $1,100 for 3 tires and supposedly the 4th free new tires ($120-$150 each per what we were told). Makes no sense right? Dropped it, went elsewhere and paid half of what Tire Choice quoted me. Now fast forward to yesterday, I called to make an appointment to get a safety inspection done and the guy said he had an opening at 8:30 am and I asked if it was okay if I came in closer to 9 and he said that it would be okay. Now when I pull up this morning at 9 am the guy at the front said I missed my appointment that was at 8:30am. I am told him exactly what the guy on the phone said to me and he pretty much tells me that the guy I spoke to didn't work at that store and hops around so he doesn't know their store policies. Sounds like a problem that was on them and not me, but now I can't get the inspection done. He was rude and unhelpful. Will never even give this place a second thought or glance since its on my main road. Went to Lambert's and they were more than helpful and happy to at that, go there instead."
