"Not sure this is anything more than an offshore lead generation company. Was sold a 'membership' which included a call out fees and a discount on services/parts. A completely different company's tech showed up. He quoted me $134 for diagnostics and $100/hour after. He replaced two outlets and did a solid job. Total time, less than 45 minutes. I provided the parts. The bill was over $500! Plus the membership fee! None of the discounts promised by J&R were honored. Don't trust the five star reviews. I did and got burned. The business practices of this company are misleading and unethical."

"Pros: Were able to come out same day Cons: They use independent contractors so in addition to the $99 service fee the contractor adds their project rate. In my case rewiring a mess of an outlet took 20 min and cost an additional $125. Tech did his job but scheduler did not communicate price nor could they when I called back and asked for clarity. Tried to aggressively upsell me on yearly service contract. Go direct and you can get a way better, honest price. Also gave me a window of 8:30-11:30 - Arrived at 2:30."
