"Someone removed my review only because what I assume is it was why they had sub 4 stars. So I will make this brief. Don’t ever expect to know how much you owe. You’ll never see a balance unless you pull teeth. You’ll be told money will be pulled from the kitty a billion times before you find out you owe money and there is no kitty to pull from. If you’re given a date for work to be completed, double it. You’re not being told to he truth. Ordering issues are a constant. Push for things to be ordered and to have proof of orders within a week of selections. We had several times to repick our whole house because nothing was ever ordered. The work will get done. You will like most of it. But the details are regularly missed and often rushed in order to just be done. Best of luck. Try someplace else first. Phill is cool. That’s what I got"
