"I had an awful experience with Bommarito and would not recommend for anyone. They took 6 MONTHS to repair my car. During that time, they were never able to provide updates or a repair forecast. I was kept just waiting and waiting. I even asked for support from Mazda Customer Service, again with no success. The repair quality for the car body (externally) was very good, but internally it wasn't. After spending several months complaining, I just took my car away. Never more."

"Called in to Schedule a PDR due to a runaway cart dent in the parking lot on a brand new car and they said they could do it and work with another experienced person who has been doing this for years on their behalf. Showed up at the collision center and they took the info and the PDR person reviewed it and said they should be able to get 95% back to normal. They took the car in and came back after 1/2 hr and said they couldn’t do it and said the body shop can give an estimate. Got the estimate and stepped out to look at the car and they had made it worse than before. Surface area near the dent turned rough with engravings on the metal that should never happen. If the work can’t be done while assessing or even while working why would you not validate with the owner of the car before you use tools that mess up the metal. What kind of PDR job is this ? Even a novice can do a better job than this. What turned out to be a $200 job now estimated to be $1600 in addition to the unnecessary runaround and stress with getting the car fixed. Recommend that you DO NOT GO TO THEM AT ALL FOR PDR work. ———————————————————— Don’t be fooled by the response from the owner response on contacting the manager. I already talked to the manager after attempting to connect 6 times on phone, leaving 2 voicemails and they DIDN’T CARE."
