"DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH THESE PEOPLE!! First off they charge way too much and dont tell you until the end. I have been trying to get my refund back for 3 months now- everytime I call to see why its taking so long, they say they will take a look into it an never call back. I even emailed the lady this lady named Mary that filed my taxes- she never responds back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So frustrated with this experience overall."
"Mike was great I enjoyed working with him , but I was quite surprised Dan the overall manager his tone his behavior was just appalling I have been never been spoke to in that manor because I said I was going to get a quote somewhere else he demanded me to find out why the other person can get me a bigger return before I leave his store . First of all I don’t work for you sir you don’t talk to me in that tone or demand me I felt pressured into my return and I hate that I continued . I will not be back next year"
"These people do not know how to do taxes period! I drive for uber and doordash and 2 years in a row , they did my taxes and I had to pay back between 3K to 4K. My friends who does the same line of work kept saying something is wrong. We do not pay anything back. So I went to someone else this year! Someone who knows all about taxes. And I ended up owning only 1500K all together. And they charge you close to $300 to do your taxes WRONG. This year I paid $150! Do not go here."

"BJ prepared our tax return this year and was wonderful to work with! She was beyond professional, but still very personable, which made my husband and I very comfortable. She was so thorough and efficient. My husband and I were impressed with all of her knowledge and expertise. I had done my own research before going into the office on what I wanted itemized, and she was still able to discuss several other options for itemizing that my husband and I hadn’t thought about. We walked out of the office and felt very confident about how our taxes were handled. Their flexible hours are a major plus too. The office is very clean, kid friendly, and professional."
