"I am very disappointed in the outcome of my call with Brian Bruce. My credit card was FRAUDULENTLY charged by Farm Bureau. I did have insurance with Farm Bureau and George Bradley before Brian took over. I was unable to communicate with Brian and went with a different insurance company. When I called regarding the fraudulent credit card charges from Farm Bureau, Brian was arrogant. He called me a liar and told me to call billing if I have an issue. My credit card was charged and I don't even have a policy. Once again, not able to communicate well with Brian. My credit card company has refunded some of the charges. I will discuss the rest with billing. Hopefully, unlike Brian, they are nice with morals and a work ethic. The reason I gave Brian 2 stars instead of 1 or 0 as he deserves is some people will not read the 1 star reviews. And, I was curt in my initial voice mail due to being upset that my credit card company was unable to refund all the Farm Bureau fraudulent charges. Once on the phone, I was just wanting to solve the issue. But, for whatever reason, he didn't want to hear any of it and decided to be rude instead of solving problems."
