"Vince from Classic Aire Care came out for our yearly maintenance check for the AC unit. He was very thorough and clearly explained what he was testing and his findings step by step. He brought to my attention that the blower motor in the furnace has a lot of built up dust residue on and in it. He recommended that we have it serviced at our convenience. It's still working fine but the build up in the unit puts undo stress on the blower motor. I regularly swap out the air filters but this is one of those things you usually don't notice, unless you're looking for it. My furnace is relatively old but still functional so I do pay attention when they bring things to my attention. Vince did a great job testing both the furnace side of things and the AC unit.
