"Signed up for the yearly "priority" plan for a hundred some dollars. After one missed appointment and calling to ask, a tech came out to do an estimate of my duct system for cleaning. He would not honor a discount I had been promised by the company. Partly due to the tech's slightly pressure-sales style, I ended up deciding not to spend $900 on a small amount of dust in my system. Next, I tried to schedule an appointment for an AC system estimate. Despite three (3) missed appointments by the company and numerous phone calls to AVS asking WHY, they have yet to come give me an estimate. Note: The call takers for the company (a separate company?) are polite. However, they won't allow you to talk to anyone from AVS. They always give excuses. Not to mention they don't speak understandable English alot of the time. Most importantly: The Wildwood address given for AVS on the website and by the calltakers is nonexistent. It is an empty grass field."
