"***The $50 rebate offered will not be issued*** It's been 6 weeks and 4 phone calls asking for it to be refunded, each time they promise it'll be done. And, overall, it a poor experience. Called to schedule and while on phone with office, I get a call from the field agent to schedule a time. Relevant because I had to call the field agent when he didn't show up for the appointment the next day. Quote, "I forgot, but can be out in 45 minutes". Shows up and is there for literally 15 minutes for HVAC annual maintenance. The only thing the HVAC guy did was suggest I needed a new water heater - which was actually was installed 3 weeks prior, no exaggeration. Mind boggling... Not getting the rebate that was offered and that has been acknowledged by 3 different people answering the phones is what prompted this review."

"Recently Garry Heating & Air Service replaced my system. They were very professional through the whole process. Tech provided me with several options to choose from. He was always available via phone, text or email to answer my questions. My install crew were fantastic. They arrived early and were determined to get my job done. There was one hiccup out of Garry Heating & Air Service control but they are going above and beyond to make it right. They were very transparent and had a solid plan. Overall I am very happy with Garry Heating & Air Service."
