Details Evaluation – In light of the different solutions, and varying price points, provided by multiple foundation repair companies, I eventually had eight different foundation repair companies evaluate and bid on the project. After I completed a thorough review of all the proposed solutions, I hired a structural engineer to evaluate the situation and provide his expert opinion. Upon completion, I selected High & Dry Foundation Repair. While pricing was certainly important, it was just one of many criteria. • Attention to Detail - Evaluation / Proposal – Thorough • Proposed Solution - The structural engineer and I felt this was a high-quality solution. • Price - Very competitive • Warranty - High & Dry provided a warranty and the Carbon Fiber Manufacturer (Fortress) also provided a warranty. From my perspective, this was important because it’s hard to say if the foundation company will be around in 5,10 or 20 years. • Contract Language - Easy to follow with reasonable terms.
