"The phone I had was older then within the last couple of years.. So with that being said they didn’t have the phone screen that I needed and it wasn’t available with who they get parts from and couldn’t give me a time frame for when it would be ready cause they had to get higher up to approve to order the parts so, and for that phone I think they were wanting a little more than what I was going to pay to get it fixed!!"

"I’m not a person to ever complain but unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. Took almost four hours for the screen to be replaced on my phone. While in the store they have you do a quick functionality test of the repair, once you sign the form, you accept the phone as is. My screen no longer shuts off while taking a phone call, so while you talk on the phone, you inadvertently hang up or do other functions. There is a lack of sensitivity with some of the areas on the screen. Pretty dissatisfied."

For a charge they offer you a new case and a screen protector. And for the next two years if you have a shattered screen they will replace it for free. 1 replacement screen per year. I was very happy with my service and would recommend to anyone."
