"Worst experience ever. Tried contacting because my tax pro called me stating my taxes were done which doesn’t make sense because I still had another w2 that I had not given them yet. Person who answered said my tax pro wasn’t available to call me till Wednesday night (currently Monday morning). In my opinion it seems ridiculous to have to wait 3 days to talk to someone that would only take 5 minute over an important matter such as taxes. I tried asking if there were any other times and the lady said no. I then asked if there someone else I could talk to and she then of course said no. The lady told me I was being rude and that I just didn’t like the answer she was giving me. I’m unsure why this situation was handled like this. It would’ve be resolved if she would’ve worked on a time that would work for both of us. This lady was being very passive aggressive when all I was trying to do was trying to do was ask a question. Save your time. This place is a joke."

"First time giving this office a shot. Definitely won’t be back. Came in for my appointment and was told they didn’t have anybody available so I could just drop off my forms and they would “get to it when they could” and call me to finalize in a day or two. I called back 5 days later and after waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes, was told they just needed me to come in for a 15-20 minute appointment to finalize everything. My appointment was 10:30 and it’s now 10:45 and I’m still sitting in the waiting area listening to their employee complain about how bad H&R Block is to another client. So unprofessional in every way!"
